The MZ-AB-002 can be configured with an airless lotion pump for creams, moisturizers, concealers, eye treatments, lip masks and medium-viscosity emulsions. As product is dispensed, the internal piston moves upward, helping reduce repeated exposure to air and product remaining below a conventional dip tube.
For lower-viscosity formulas, brands can select a compatible airless spray pump bottle configuration. This option expands the same metallic packaging platform into facial mist, watery serum, makeup-preparation spray, deodorant mist and selected fragrance applications. Pump selection should follow the intended viscosity and spray-performance requirements of the formula.
The matching click cap protects the actuator from accidental pressing and keeps the dispensing outlet covered during shipping, storage and everyday carrying. Pump, cap, collar and base colors can be coordinated across the full capacity family.
