The MZ-BSB-016 is a coordinated 80ml, 100ml and 120ml square PET fine mist spray bottle series developed for skincare, beauty, makeup and personal care brands. Its softly rounded rectangular body combines a modern geometric appearance with the lightweight handling and product visibility of PET packaging.
A color-matched full-cover square cap aligns closely with the bottle walls, giving the assembled package a continuous, streamlined silhouette. This distinctive structure offers a more design-led alternative to ordinary round cosmetic spray bottles while providing broad front and side panels for branding.
Soft-Square PET Design with Strong Shelf Recognition
The translucent PET body allows the formula level and color to remain visible while creating a refined tinted-glass effect. The sample images show a cool blue and blue-green presentation, but the bottle body, pump and cap can be coordinated in custom Pantone colors for individual brand projects.
Rounded corners soften the square geometry and make the bottle comfortable to handle. A thick-looking transparent base and clean vertical panels give the series stronger visual stability, while the three capacities allow brands to maintain one design language across compact, standard and extended-use products.
For custom skin care packaging, the bottle can be developed in transparent, translucent, frosted, gradient or solid-color finishes. The flat visual panels provide practical space for silk-screen printing, hot stamping, labels and product information.
Fine Mist Sprayer with a Flush-Fit Protective Cap
The white PP fine mist sprayer is designed for low-viscosity liquids that require controlled and even spray application. Typical formulas include facial toner, hydrating mist, essence spray, botanical water, makeup setting spray, hair refresher and body mist.
A removable full-cover cap encloses the actuator when the bottle is stored or transported. Unlike a small conventional overcap that leaves the shoulder visible, this square cap continues the bottle profile and becomes a major part of the finished design.
The pump, dip tube, bottle neck and overcap should be reviewed as one assembled system during sampling. This allows the selected spray feel, tube length, cap fit and filled-product handling to be matched to the intended formula before production.
