Designed in a Ø16.8 × 83.8mm cylindrical format, this 3.5ml package combines a black or custom-colored ABS outer shell with an aluminum middle sleeve and a clearly angled cup opening. The outer cap creates the finished pen-like silhouette, while the smaller inner cap seats over the exposed cup area to help reduce dust contact, accidental smearing and direct air exposure during storage or transport.
Slanted Cup Control with an Added Inner Cover
The slanted cup follows the working angle used for lip color application, giving brands a more precise format for slim lipsticks, tinted balms, lip treatments and targeted makeup sticks. Its angled opening also creates a distinctive product view when the outer cap is removed. After use, the translucent inner cover encloses the cup before the main ABS cap is replaced, creating a dual-cap protection structure that is especially useful for softer or more formula-sensitive stick products.
