The flexible PE sleeve uses a fine matte soft-touch surface that reduces glare and creates a smooth, warm hand feel. Against the understated ivory body, the electroplated chrome-silver actuator becomes the visual focal point, while the thick-wall clear AS/PP overcap keeps the pump visible and protected.
This contrast between muted PE and high-gloss metalized components gives prestige makeup and skincare ranges a refined finish without the weight and bulk of a conventional rigid airless bottle.
Airless Protection for Complexion and SPF Formulas
Designed as premium airless pump tube cosmetic packaging, the strawless dispensing mechanism limits air return during use and provides controlled, repeatable output. It is well suited to liquid foundation, BB and CC cream, tinted sunscreen, face primer, antioxidant cream and other formulas that benefit from cleaner dispensing and reduced exposure to ambient air.
The opaque ivory sleeve helps reduce direct light exposure. Projects requiring stronger formula protection can be developed in 2-layer PE, multilayer PE or optional 5-layer EVOH barrier structures to improve resistance to oxygen and external environmental factors.

The chrome-silver dispenser may be coordinated with gold, rose-gold, matte-metallic or custom-colored components, while the overcap can be produced in clear, translucent or tinted finishes according to the selected resin and project requirements.
