This 250ml plastic collapsible tube provides the capacity required for frequently used bath, hair and body-care formulas while retaining the lightweight handling and squeeze dispensing of flexible tube packaging. The tall blue body offers a generous branding area, and the cap-down format keeps the product close to the outlet throughout daily use.
The 8.4 oz size is particularly suitable for body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel and family-care products. Although the sample artwork presents a kids body wash concept, the same large-capacity structure can be adapted for adult personal care, salon hair care and skincare collections.
Press the Disc to Open and Dispense
The blue press disc-top cap provides a different user experience from a conventional flip lid. Pressing one side of the top disc raises the opposite edge and exposes the dispensing slot, allowing the package to be opened and used with one hand in the shower or at the bathroom sink.
After dispensing, the disc can be pressed back into its flush closed position. This compact closure keeps the tube profile clean and supports secure, leak-resistant storage without requiring the entire cap to be removed for each use.
A Screw-On Closure for Large-Capacity Packaging
The complete disc-top component connects to the tube through a molded threaded neck. This allows the closure to be manufactured and assembled separately while maintaining a clean, integrated appearance on the finished pack.
Cap torque, internal sealing geometry, dispensing slot and tube squeeze force can be reviewed using the actual formula. Thicker conditioners and body creams may require different flow settings from standard shampoo, body wash or lotion products.

Custom Color and Full-Body Decoration
The bright blue sample demonstrates a bold solid-color direction with multicolor product graphics. Brands can instead select soft pastel colors, neutral clinical palettes, translucent effects or custom Pantone matching for both the tube and closure.
Available decoration options include offset printing, silk screen printing, heat-transfer graphics, hot foil accents and selected label applications. The disc-top cap can be produced in a matching color, a contrasting shade or a coordinated specialty finish to strengthen product recognition.
