For formulas containing fragrances, botanical extracts or sensitive active ingredients, an EVOH barrier option or selected PBL structure can be reviewed during sampling. The final tube construction should be selected according to formulation compatibility, shelf-life targets, decoration requirements and filling conditions.

The wide D40 body provides ample space for front-panel branding, directions, ingredient information and regulatory back printing. The green-and-white sample demonstrates a clean color-blocked direction, but the same plastic cosmetic tube can be produced in any Pantone color with matte, glossy, soft-touch or selected specialty finishes.
Decoration options include offset printing, silk screen printing, heat-transfer graphics, hot foil accents and label applications.
