Multilayer Protection for Daily-Use Skincare Formulas
This 100ml green plastic collapsible tube combines a flexible multilayer PE body with a black flip-top closure and foil-sealed dispensing neck. The tall cylindrical profile provides a generous decoration area while keeping the package lightweight, squeezable and convenient for frequently used skincare and personal care formulas.
The 100ml format works particularly well for aloe vera gel, facial cleanser, moisturizer, body lotion, shower gel, intimate care gel and hair treatment products. Although the sample artwork presents an aloe-based moisturizing gel, the same multilayer cosmetic tube can be adapted for a much wider selection of cream, gel and lotion formulas.
A Barrier Structure Developed Around the Formula
Multilayer tube construction allows different polymer layers to perform separate packaging functions. Flexible outer and inner PE layers provide the familiar squeeze feel, while an optional barrier layer can help limit oxygen and moisture transmission for formulas containing botanical extracts, fragrances or sensitive active ingredients.
The final layer structure can be selected according to the product formula and required shelf-life performance. Available development directions include multilayer PE, five-layer PE with EVOH and selected PBL structures, supported by compatibility and barrier testing before bulk production.
Quick-Access Flip Cap with Foil-Sealed Presentation
The black flip-top closure supports one-handed opening for products used at the sink, in the shower or as part of a daily skincare routine. A central dispensing orifice provides a clean, controlled flow for gels, lotions and cream-based formulas, while the broad cap base allows the tube to stand inverted and keep the contents close to the outlet.
The visible foil inner seal adds a professional first-opening presentation and helps protect the filled product before consumer use. Cap fit, foil-seal specification and dispensing performance can be matched to the selected formula, filling process and distribution requirements.
Open-Tail Supply for Efficient Filling and Sealing
The tube is shown in an open-tail format for filling through the rear end before final sealing and batch coding. This production layout allows the closure and foil-sealed neck to remain assembled while the formula is introduced through the open tube body.
